Infrastructure: We have approx 21 year old white listed IPs procured from government data enter, we also use AI based automation and reporting of our software and delivery engine for emails. We are collocated our data centre at Mumbai, Chennai & Seattle. We also use 128-bit encryption on databank to protect our customer data. Also, it travels over cloud in encrypted mode only.

Capacity: We are serving India’s major ecommerce companies, publication houses and other websites for their double opt-in database for their email communication. We are currently serving 50 million+ emails per day all across category through our software and data centre.

Email Size & Format: We recommend maximum size limit for one email is up to 100kb and also in HTML format for better delivery and tracking as well as better outcome of campaign.

Email Quality Check: We have mechanism in the software where you can check the globally caught and blacklisted in ESPs (email service provider) database like spam mark content, images, name, header etc. While creating email before send, you can check the quality score of email content. Also you can check and replace the content as per software suggestions.

OTP Emails: We can write APIs as per the requirement of ERP or CRM or Website of customers with priority delivery using domain name while signing up or login any account in Primary Inbox of email.

Reporting: Our software provides detailed reporting on campaign like: Progress report, executed report, Open Email report, Click Email report, Bounce Email report, Subscribe Email Report, Unsubscribe Report, Spam Mark Report.

Retargeting: Our software can retarget mailers on the multiple report of the campaign, like if you send email to an audience and lest say 10% people open the mail and 2% click on the mailer, now you can send a separate communication to rest 8% on open list to retarget them so that they can convert to our website.

Precautions for sending Emails:

Pracharnama prohibits the use of the Services in any manner associated with the transmission, distribution or delivery of any unsolicited bulk or unsolicited commercial e-mail ("Spam"). You may not use any Services to send Spam. In addition, e-mail sent, or caused to be sent, to or through the Services may not:

Use or contain invalid or forged headers.
Use or contain invalid or non-existent domain names.
Employ any technique to otherwise misrepresent, hide or obscure any information in identifying the point of origin or the transmission path.
Use other means of deceptive addressing.
Use a third party's internet domain name, or be relayed from or through a third party's equipment, without permission of the third party.
Contain false or misleading information in the subject line or otherwise contain false or misleading content.
Fail to comply with additional technical standards described below.
Otherwise violate the applicable Terms of Use for the Services.

PRACHARNAMA does not authorize the harvesting, mining or collection of e-mail addresses or other information from or through the Services. PRACHARNAMA does not permit or authorize others to use the Services to collect, compile or obtain any information about PRACHARNAMA’s customers or subscribers, including but not limited to subscriber e-mail addresses, which are PRACHARNAMA’s confidential and proprietary information. Use of the Services is also subject to the applicable Privacy Statement and Terms of Use.

PRACHARNAMA does not permit or authorize any attempt to use the Services in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair any aspect of any of the Services, or that could interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of any Service.

If PRACHARNAMA believes that unauthorized or improper use is being made of any Service, it may, without notice, take such action as it, in its sole discretion, deems appropriate, including blocking messages from a particular internet domain, mail server or IP address. PRACHARNAMA may immediately terminate any account on any Service which it determines, in its sole discretion, is transmitting or is otherwise connected with any e-mail that violates this policy.
