Solution :

We at Pracharnama given them the tool of API for SMS which is compatible to their CRM module in which they have integrated our system with the help of our IT professionals. Once any sim inserted in any mobile phone, automatically a SMS send to a longcode ( provided by us) and this inserted the information of IMEI number in to SAP. In second solution, every time dealer/ seller were worried about their incentives, commissions, so there is a system where daily an auto triggered SMS goes to dealers with their daily sales and incentives. Also dealers/ sellers get information about payment processing, received, failure etc
